Saint Agnes creates an extensive line of breads including
the famous Black Russian, Wild Rice and Whole Wheat breads.
One of the top breads in the Saint Agnes line is the
St. Paul Sourdough. This romanticized product has a heavy Eastern
European influence. These are the dense breads you'll find in the
marketplace. Klecko, our master baker, has integrated this regional
formula with bread concepts from around the world to create bread
lines that have been served to presidents, archdukes and bishops.
You can also find Lavash, Ciabatta, Focaccia and French
breads at Saint Agnes.
