Prior to joining Saint Agnes, Mitchelson was the managing editor for Foodservice News, an industry-focussed publication based in Minneapolis. “It’s a really good fit,” Mitchelson said. “My job really isn’t that different from my last media position: promote the company to get the product into the hands of the consumer. Only now I get to be directly involved in the foodservice industry, rather than be an observer.”
