Ten years makes it a tradition, right? We think so. And, with October just around the corner, it’s time to begin pondering that Thanksgiving holiday. For those of you stuck with the chore of cooking the Thanksgiving day turkey—or for those who don’t want to be “that person” who shows up empty-handed to the grand gathering—Saint Agnes Baking Co. has for a decade offered to make your life (and conscience) slightly more at ease.
For $25, one can purchase a bag of baked goodies from the St. Paul bakery that supplies many top metro-area restaurants. In that bag is two loaves of bread, whipped compound butters, dessert items and snacks.
Want a pie or a dozen dinner rolls? You can get those, too (pies: apple, pecan or pumpkin; dinner rolls: white or wheat) for an additional charge.
Past bagged specialty items include:
• Almond chocolate biscotti
• Hungarian raisin rye bread
• Spiced nuts
• Cranberry nut sourdough (Polish Bride)
• Pumpkin quick bread
• Rum currant cookies
• Chocolate hazelnut Bundt cake
